Rob Kittle started The Kittle Team in 1999 with the goal in mind to provide his clients with superior service in the Real Estate industry. The Kittle Team is compromised of 15 professionals that allow them to leverage their business and most importantly increase service and efficiency to their clients. The benefit to their clients is that they receive aggressive sales attention from an entire staff of professionals with one goal in mind - a successful transaction! The Kittle Team sold 200 homes last year, that’s 31 times more than the average agent. The Kittle Team has provided Excellent Service for over 12 years and have helped over 1,500 families buy or sell their home! The Kittle Team has sold over $300 Million in Real Estate. Brad Baldwin
Transaction/Marketing Manager 

Brad Baldwin is the Kittle Team Manager whose job it is to implement the Team’s business plan and vision for the future. His mission is to support and promote the company products, services, programs and personnel in order to fulfill the CHS’s vision of delivering extraordinary service to every customer and furthering the Kittle Team culture. Brad is also responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process with Real Estate professionals, clients and escrow companies. He is responsible for maintaining escrow files and the production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to the sale and escrow of each home. Brad communicates with the clients, other agents and outside vendors throughout the closing process to assure a successful home buying/selling transaction.  


 

Lisa Meyer
Buyer Specialist 

Lisa Meyer was raised in Anchorage, Alaska then moved to Honolulu, Hawaii were she attended the University of Hawaii for two years. She then transferred to Colorado State University in Fort Collins where she graduated with a B.S. in Housing and Interior Environment. Lisa has lived in Colorado for over 20 years and enjoys spending time with her family in the Colorado Rockies camping, hiking and skiing. She has been licensed in Real Estate since 2004. As a dedicated Realtor, she is committed to exceptional customer service to make your home purchase smooth and worry free. She is driven with a goal to give you the best service, honest answers and customer loyalty.
 


 

Michael Wallace
Buyer Specialist 

Mike moved to Colorado from the United Kingdom in 1987. He attended Colorado State University and Graduated with Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He has been involved in real estate since 2004. Mike spends his free time with his family, snowboarding, hiking, running & spending time the great outdoors. He loves living in Northern Colorado & helping people find and acquire their dream homes. 


 

Doug Card
Buyer Specialist 

Doug has been a resident of Fort Collins since 1968 and a graduate of C.S.U. Originally from Virginia, Doug was previously a teacher and coach. He has been in sales for over 25 years and in real estate for 13 years. Besides having represented several new home builders, he has also worked re-sales in the community. Doug has earned his GRI, Certified New Home Professional designations and has been awarded the Million Dollar Platinum Award twice from the National Association of Homebuilders.

Nathan Washam brings nearly 10 years of new construction & resale experience with some of the nations top builders such as DR Horton Homes and Centex Homes. With experience in all types of construction including single family, multifamily, and podium style (low-rise) construction. When purchasing your new home Nathan will be an incredible resource leading up to your final walk through and close of escrow, giving you a great idea of what to expect and what to look for. Nathan is a husband and father of two. He remains active in the community and continues to bring innovation and creativity to the forefront of our industry. Kathi Doty
Client Care Specialist 

Kathi’s primary focus is to gather valuable information from buyers, agents and our websites. Following up with all internet inquiries, answering questions and assisting with search site set up to optimize customer service for both buyers and sellers 


 

Sarah Rowan
Transaction Coordinator/Client Care Specialist 

Sarah is responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process with Real Estate professionals, clients and escrow companies. She is responsible for maintaining escrow files and the production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to the sale and escrow of each home. A Transaction Coordinator assures that all post-closing disbursements, filings and procedures take place. Sarah communicates with the clients, other agents and outside vendors throughout the closing process to assure a successful home buying/selling transaction.
